We have a very experienced team of Osteopaths who use both structural and cranial osteopathy to treat patients of all ages including babies and children.

Although osteopathy is well known for its expertise in the treatment of lower back pain, it has a high degree of success in treating conditions throughout the body: including neck pain, sports injuries, knee problems, headaches, frozen shoulder, arthritic pain and sciatica.

Massage Services

A deep tissue massage is designed to reduce tension and knots while increase flexibility and mobility. Whether it is life stresses, sports injuries or work demands the treatment is individually tailored to you.

Specialist pregnancy massage is extremely beneficial, not only to the mother but to the unborn baby as well. This appreciation of how truly amazing our bodies are and how much of a strain we put them under during this magical time has allowed our massage therapist to help countless women enjoy their pregnancies.

Experiencing Back Pain?

80% of people will suffer at least one or more episode of severe back or neck pain during their lifetime. If you have ever been one of these people, you will know how much it affects just about every aspect of your life.

Regardless of the onset of your symptoms, treatment will give more than just the short term benefit of pain relief. If your recovery time can be accelerated by treatment the amount of scar tissue present after the healing is less, so the chances of the same injury re-occurring reduced.

Your osteopath is highly trained and highly skilled in the identification, treatment and resolution of back pain. With the treatment will come a full explanation of the cause (or causes) of your pain as well as advice on exercises and changes in lifestyle, posture or work situation where appropriate.
